Galley doors... anybody consider roll up doors like in the old rolltop desks?

Great question. I've often wondered how a tambour style hatch lid would work out on a tear. I remember someone mentioned trying it here nearly a year ago, don't know if they ever did it though. How about galley cabinet doors? anyone use them yet?

...if you could work out the sealing problems they certainly look great...I betcha it would go WAYYYYYYY beyond the K.I.S.S. principle...
