A pint wouldn’t do a 4 x 8’sheet you should have at least a gallon can on hand maybe more.
Check the coverage rate on the can and remember you’ll need to do at least 2 coats on the aluminum and 2 or more coats on the plywood depending how porous it is.
This is a one setting application and after you lay the 2 parts together theirs no going back.
Make sure you have a squirt bottle of lacquer thinner at hand and a thin blade like you use for frosting a cake.
You can slice the glue in small areas if needed. You’ll need to re coat that area.
You never know if it might stick down in the wrong spot on it’s own. Take your time and get help if available.
