Since black and red tied, this may be an idea. Maybe I can take the profile, scale it, and then do something red in the MIDDLE of the black.

And welcome back, Woody! (By the way, Andrew did those profiles for me--he designed them and sent me the CAD files.)

Well since I have been working an avg. of 80 hours a week (24/7 0n call) since the hurricane. It has been tough finding the time to get online on a regular basis. When are we going camping anyway? I am going next week to Blue Spring State park for a couple of days (9-13) by Ocala. I can hardly wait to relax for a couple of days of drinking Beer and drinking beer

Final vote tally--17 black, 17 red, and 14 wood tone.

Should I go to the Supreme Court to overrule the results and go black with WOOD accents?

Glad to see ya back here Woody. You've been missed. But hey, with an 80 hour work week ya ought to be makin' enough money to build two or three more of those beautiful teardrops!

Guess I missed the final tally. Can I be the tie breaker??? Please, Please, Please. 8)

Think you should do wood with black trim and some red (or redwood) touches.

It' gonna look great anyway.

Ira, ya done good. Those fenders really look nice. I'm proud of ya.

If you do decide on natural, try t 2-3 coats of Helmsman spar varnish on some of the scap ply. It might darken to match your tear sides. To stain and see the grain, I think red would be better than black.

Dean, I won't boil crabs in the house. Bouquet of flowers? Stinkweed maybe. I learned about crabs living in MD. We just put beer in the pot and sprinkled them with Old Bay seasoning. Florida Blue crabs are the same as in MD. Greenish blue in salt water. But, you should see the blue crabs in the springs in Marion County where I'm from (Ocala). Since there's no algae in the fresh water, they are actually a cobalt blue with orange highlights on the claws.
Dale

Sometimes I pretend to be normal. But, that gets boring...so I go back to being me.

Thanks Chris C
I have not had the time to spend the money, however, my wife did. I still have to finish number two and number three. I haven't touched either one since the hurricane Wilma hit us. Not enough time away from work to repair/finish either one. Someday though I will finish the other two ( I hope)
