Fender size?

Hi All,
The libra in me always comes out when the time comes to commit to buying parts for my cubby-in-progress.
I've decided i want rounded fenders to replace the squarish ones that came with the HF trailer i bought. I think these should do the trick:
http://www.championtrailers.com/FENDERS%20galvanized.htm
They indicate they are for 13" wheels and the HF comes with 12" (right?).
Will that be a problem or look funny? Do i need fenders with a skirt? Would aluminum be a better choice over galvanized?
Any other suggestions for which fenders to get? I also have this page bookmarked as a supplier but all those choices make my head spin!!

Thanks!
Lynn

I will be producing them myself for now. Trying to get them a little more prefected. I could make a mold now and reproduce them, but there are some flaws that would have to be fixed before painting them and that is just not the way I want to do things. I have a new job (about a month now) and we are really busy. (10 - 12 hour days) Just have not had the time that I would like to work on them. I do plan on having a set or two to take to the North meets South gathering.
I am planning on making up a set that would be more appropriately scaled for the 13" wheels also. But depending on what look you like, these might work for you!

Just an update for those interested. I had an emergency last week and have been working 10 - 12 hour days. So, I did not get to the fenders. They will now have to wait until after I get back from the North Meets South gathering. I am still going to make them, just seem to keep getting delayed.

The molds were made today. I was supposed to get them done last Monday, but things happen and it did not. Well the are curing and tomorrow or Monday I can do some final triming and pull the wooden plugs out of the molds and start making fenders. Hope all who are interested have had and will continue to have patience.

Just a quick update for the patience folks among you! The molds are finally cleaned up and ready for making fenders. It seems like it has been a year in the making (and not really done yet), but there is definate light at the end of the tunnel. I have been working 60 - 70 hrs a week and have run into many poblems/delays along the way, so it has taken alot longer than I had anticipated.
I will try to post some pics soon.

Some pictures for those of you who "love da pics"
Here are a couple of the wooden plugs that I made to create the molds from.
Here is one of the plugs with the fiberglass over them
How to get the plugs out??
What's left of the wooden plugs
Finished Molds
Now for lots and lots of wax and we can then make some fenders!!

Lookin good Kerry... you've sure got a lot of work into that already, and we haven't seen a finished fender yet. But you're making good progress!
