As many of you know I will have the rear of my Box Kite with a square back and a pull out and turn split galley.

Where did I come up with this Idea??
Well my thinking is on a large scale
but you could do like things in your galley .
Hiding doors bringing out insides to cupboards, etc.

you have seen them in your kitchens and Home entertainment centers... soon to come to your local T or TTT.

Ron,

I love that technology, but 380-500 bones for a pull-out? Ouch. Are you going to use the bottom mount MAC? I suspect the 150 lb weight limit should be adequate.

Cool. The "Accuride heavy duty pantry slides" are rated for 130# and cost $86. Either 20" or 26" depth. Or if you need more they have heavier duty slides rated for 450#. Price is just a wee bit high though- $275.

If you really need capacity then the Kwikee Superslides will handle up to 1000#. That's a lot of dutch ovens!

Sometimes being a cabinet maker has it's advantages...

You can buy all the major manufacturers hinges, slides, etc wholesale from: A & M Supply Corp. -- http://www.alliedplywood.com/locations.html

They also sell plastic laminates, cabinet grade plywoods and even some hardwoods... Usually less than half of retail.

Aw, sliders. My galley consist of three. First the main cabinet, then the center pantry and then the stove. A mater of planning before you build. I don't think my whole galley cost more than about $75.

Have a good day.

Putting the name 'Rockler' in the formula is like putting in 'aircraft' or 'marine'. They're really proud of the stuff they carry. That said, we have some hinges from there in our trailer mainly because it was the only place in town where we could find them.
