Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

The paint on my fenders was getting pitted so I thought I would use some spray on bed liner. I had everything masked off, sanded and I sprayed the fenders. Later I went to pull off the masking and the edge of the spray liner was pealing off also. It had had a reaction with the old paint. The ond paind had softened and started to bubble under the liner. I had to scrape all of the liner and paint off, down to bare metal. WOW what a day. I decided to go back to paint. I primed the bare metal and put a few coted of "Black" (sort of a cool Gray/Black) Hammered Finish on.

Of course while drilling inside my wheel well to mount my shocks today the drill grabbed and almost broke my wrists and also gouged my beautiful fender. So I had to repaint part of that fender.

Gerdo, I like the look of that paint. If I ever get around to painting and mounting my fenders, I think I'll go with that look.

I like the paint, too, Gerdo. Glad you didn't break your wrist with the drill...scary stuff.
