Hmmm... Does anybody have CAD drawings/plans of a basic tear they would share? I am wanting to do a 5 x 10 foot tear with a few of my own ideas added. I use TurboCad v.10... but any DXF files should import too. I'm not a CAD pro by any means... so, having something to start with would help me a lot.

Thanks... friend ~ Brick

Thanks Melvin... Sheesh, I've looked at his page a lot... Just never noticed you could download the DXF files!? Duh... :o

Sure makes me feel stupid...

There are many, but as much as a swack load? This is a phrase that I've never heard before and I'm pretty sure 'swacking' is not something I've ever done (or been caught doing, at least)....

Brick, I use TurboCAD too, so if you want any of the files in .tcw rather than .dxf format, let me know. And if you're ready for 3D files, also let me know.

I'v got my Autocad drawing for my Benroy... It's kinda messy, I have drawn everything on one page. :?

But you can grab what you need off it.
I'll send it to you as a dxf.

Andrew... Thanks for the kind offer and all your wonderful drawings... Wow!

Mary K... Thanks a bunch for the CAD files you sent me. I think your Benroy drawings lend themselves to my tweaking quite well. I sure wish I was better at this CAD stuff.

Now if I could just do it in Freehand or Illustrator or even Photoshop... I'd be working on my home turf...
Ah well... I need to learn how to use this program I've had on the PC for years (and even upgraded)... and never spent enough time learning how to use it.

He!!... I can built it faster'n I can draw it! 8)

Anyhoo... here's my first rough draft. (Much credit to Len's amazing Tear for my inspiration)
