Anyone with cad drawings that wants a full size template plotted onto paper, or your actual wood sides for those local folks, let me know.

We can plot up to 5'x10' (bigger if we do it in sections) on the cnc machine.

Not sure how much it would cost, but for those building their own tears, we will make you a good deal. Anyone that's ever tried to transfer a cad drawing to a full size sheet of wood by hand knows how invaluable it would be to have a computer do all the work

I printed mine out full size. it took 6 sheets of 36"x48" paper. I just taped the paper to the ply wood and cut out my sides.

That sounds great. Looking at your website I was drooling looking at the pictures of your CNC router.

An idea I had on an "inside out" foam core roof construction paired with perimeter framed foam core walls requires that the inner and outer wall panels be precisely concentric. (I believe the "inside out" idea came from Steve Frederick). Harder to do by hand than by robot.

I have done that in the past for Iron Work for a build Fasade ( sidewall or exterior wall on a house or building ). Making the full size helps to see if it will really work.
