We're you installing the birch the with the grain or across the grain. Having the grain going across the trailer is always easier.

Chell learned the hard way that you have to apply even pressure when installing the headliner. She snapped a headliner that went into the little Benroy. The second try went better!

The reason the first try snapped is cause she put too much pressure on one side of the plywood.

I did the same thing. Had to wet with warm water and slowly push with braces.

I heard that familiar snap too when installing the ceiling panel in my tear. I had mine set up so I didn't have to use any screws or nails to hold it in place, it was locked in place with a cleat fastened to the floor at the front of the trailer and another at the header support for the hatch hinge. While forcing the panel into place I pushed just a bit too hard along the edge near the very front of the trailer and SNAP,. The panel had already been stained and sealed so rather then start over, I opted to just add another spar across the front that supported the crack as I had not yet installed the outer plywood. Unless I pointed out the 3 inch long crack, you would never know it was there.

I guess i'll try to repost it later cause ive already tried to many options for now....

Most likely can't access it from outside. Up load it to your album here on the forum and then try again. You have the coding correct.
