Need Someone Good With Designing Teardrops In Cad.

Hey Guys,

I have run into a snag on building my Teardrop/Cycle Hauler. I am using Steve's Cowper plans as a guide in building my Little Guy Sport Replica. My camper is almost like Steve's except the front part of the profile is not rounded but similar to the Benroy where it just goes straight down past the front curve. Here's the problem, the plans don't detail how to build in the rear partition wall, galley shelf, or inside cabinets. Is there anyone good with Cad that can help do a cutaway of the profile showing the best way to finish out the rear. What would I need to provide? Measurements?

Here's a drawing of the profile with basic measurements.

Did you try PMing Steve? He's usually around. I'm sure he'd be happy to tell you what he did.

It's been a while since Steve built the Cowper and he's since sold it. Steve has been super cool helping answer my questions but he didn't build a rear hatch on his so he didn't install a galley. I want my rear galley area to look similar to the Little Guy Sport. I am just not good at coming up with original designs.

Did you already study the plans for the Generic Benroy up there in the menu? You could build it that way.

You could also build the back end like the Ultralight. See the pictures in this thread... It looks like the good stuff starts around page 9

Mike,

I really like that design for the back end of my tear. Do you have measurements or specs for this design yet?
