Now that the weather has warmed back up I was able to finally find a little AC unit. I was kinda holding off from building till I got one. I'm building the TD around my appliances. :R

I decided to mount it in the rear through the galley, and will blow out from the open cabinets.

Next to sort out is the open style cabinets and build them around my entertainment system. :D

Looks good but, How are you going to drain the drip pan?

That little black dot on the bottom edge of the pan is a rubber plug, I plan on installing a 90 degree fitting and some tubeing and will drain out the bottom.
Also will add some vent fans on either side of the galley, one for exhaust and one for supply for when I want to run the AC with the hatch closed.

I'm not shure that will work, with the plan you propose, the a/c fan will draw in air that is mixed with the hot exhaust.

Maybe you can make a shroud around the unit (top and sides) and extend it to the sidewall. You can then install some kind of louvered vent on the outside so that it can draw in fresh cool (relatively) air. Your original plan can deal with the hot exhaust.

Just my 2cents.
