The hatch is skinned - Is this where the hinge step comes in or what is the next procedure... wife has the camera on a lil trip so cant have photos till she gets home....UGH...

Are mouldings needed at any point on the hatch at this moment or no? Top or bottom?

By the way, what is the best way of getting off the excess glue, no matter how little was used still some tended to come out... :o

Its a product called Sika Bond 545 - Poly Urethane Base... Not much has sqeezed thru but enough to see.. Im Finnicky    After spreading it out on the surface you have to spray water lightly to it...then clamp for 40 minutes and its tight ...

Darn glue is strong stuff...I guess only thing to do is sander off...

Heikki you can get the glue off using a sharp chisel or razor. Careful not to cut deep. ;)
