Cabinet Hinges

I've been thinking about cabinet hinges and I'm stumped. I like the flush type cabinet doors but I can't find a hinge that will swing the door 90 degrees and have the door completely out of the opening. I'd like to put in a a sliding drawer in the cabinet that takes up the whole width of the cabinet opening. The flush cabinet hinges I've found leave the edge of the door in the opening at 90 degrees.
Any suggestions?

How about something like these

They don't have to be used with face frames.

You need the hinge pin to be set away from the door-to-frame joint by the thickness of the door. However to do this:
1. you are not fitting the hinge as its maker intends;
2. the first screw holes in the hinge may not fall inside the door;
3. it may not look pretty.
Probably easier to make the drawer smaller than the opening.
