T-Molding Help

My doors look almost exactly like Airspeed's. The problem I'm having is when I mount the t-molding on the doors, it drags and hangs up on the front edge of the opening when I try to shut the door. Where am I going wrong? Would it solve the problem if I put the t-molding on the inside of the opening instead of on the door? I'm 90% complete on the build and this is holding me up bad....

Sounds like your door is a tad to big.

Try digging out the sander and remove the slightest bit at a time. Time consuming but you will be sure not to get too much. Check your door edge and be sure your cut is not beveled. (or bevel it
)

i used a big rubber mallet. then i fgured out my screws were not countersunk. LOL.
