I pulled it out of the shop so I could get a look at the side but unfortunately I couldnt pull it out more than ten feet,I had to use my Blazer in four wheel drive to get up the hill to get to my basement shop,My house is built into a hill and I have a very narrow drive that leads to the shop doors, If I would have pulled it out more than I did my Blazer would have gone over a ten foot tall retaining wall.
Anyway, here are a couple pics of the front half, Aaron

And here is one I took from the balcony over the shop doors, you can see the roof vent I am working on, I am building a 6X12" vent, I thought the regular vents look out of proportion so I made mine smaller. Aaron

Are you saying that once it is finished you'll have another challenge? That's getting it to the road. By the way, your tear is looking good.

It will be a very big challenge getting it down to the street,My neighbors built a fence between our property that ruined any access I had, I can still get through but not towing the camper, I will have to find a bunch of people to help me get it down the hill by hand. It
is gonna suck!
My neighbors didnt need the fence, they just wanted to cause problems!
They built the fence right on the property line,if they would have left me three inches I would have had no problems,I asked them to build it three inches on their property and they refused saying " we have to keep the dogs of our property" Funny, They didnt build a fence on the back or other side of the property, just between us. I see dogs over there all the time. My neighbors are jerks! I even had to sue them a few years ago and won,but that is another story! Aaron
By the way, Ira, I am skinning it with aluminum. I ordered it from SAF but have it on hold until I am ready to use it. Thats gonna be another chore getting it in the shop! Thanks!

I move mine with a tow dolly. Mine weighs 1150lbs and I pulled it up a slight incline in the grass just the other day. It probably would have been easier if there was someone else helping.

I was also considering hitching it up to my riding mower but I didn't have a spare ball.

Aaron...do you know someone with a decent lawn tractor, or a utility type 4 wheeler, that you could hook it to, might make it easier. I just got some new neighbors...must've been 8 kids hanging on the fence asking me every question in the world while I was trying to sand, didn't get much done. I guess I can't complain, I did that as a kid and I still remember the older guys hot rods, so maybe they'll remember this...Doug

Quick story. My uncle lived in Tucson and he had a nice in-ground pool installed. My uncle had this habit of skinny dipping (not a pleasent thought, picture Ira naked). The kid next door was always watching. So he took down the old fence and put up an eight foot cinder block wall. The kid next door got a ten foot ladder. My uncle figured what the hell, if he wants to watch that bad........

Where were this kids parents.

Thanks for the ideas,I dont know if a lawn tractor will do it,The slope is about 40 degrees, I think I am going to have to use a "come a long" and lower it down the hill that way, Unless one of you guys have a helicopter I could borrow? Thanks ! Aaron

Story about my neighbor, They are so bad, when they moved in five years ago they called the police on me litteraly 60 time in 10 months,They said I had my stereo on all night every night, they told the police I tied my dog to their house at two am and made it bark, they said I shot at them with a machine gun, They said I let the devil out of a beer bottle and made satan attack them. they called the police on me when I was 600 miles away in a hospital with my daughter who was having surgery and told them I had my speakers aimed out the window playing "satanic possesion music" at them, I finally sued them after the sixtyith time and won. They havent bothered me since!! But I still wish they would move!!!! Aaron
