TV Installed

Postby SkipperSue » Tue May 08, 2007 9:01 pm

Well I finally got the little TV installed. :D The first movie I played was Amadeus    I just love this movie as Mozart is my most favorite composer.
The way I installed the AC determined the way I was to build around it in order to achieve a better air flow for both Sue and I. So I just made a frame to hold the TV so the air could flow around and through it. I made a large shelf under it all to hold stuff. It might not be as pretty as alot of the other TD's I've seen but it will suit us just fine. :R The main reason we decided on a TD was just to get us off the ground and out of a tent, getting to old for all that. 8)

Skip--is the audio running off of external speakers? Don't see them in the photos.

And what size is that screen and what did it run you? I haven't come up with a TV solution yet.
Here we go again!

Here is the link to the link of the TV unit, I bought it several months ago but they still have them in stock. The speakers are mounted up under the unit, you can see them in the pics (kinda fuzzy looking square areas) They have a small tilt to them so the sound shoots twowards the front. It looks and sounds pretty good. One thing though, when looking at a movie with the wide screen format it's a little small, but not un-watchable. :R
