Back pain has prevented me from putting the aluminum on my tear but I am going to try and get it started tomorrow so I can go camping this weekend,I have all my trim preformed and once the aluminum is on I will be finished!
I know I can search for the following info but I am hoping to get a few quick tips on applying the aluminum skin.
If anyone has some tips they would care to share I would greatly appreciate it! I would hate to make a stupid mistake so close to cracking open my celebratory bottle of Beer!
Thanks, and thanks again for all the help I have received while building this baby!!!! Aaron

When doing the sides, it makes it easier if there is ledge that it can sit on. I just sat it on the ledge ans then used blue painter's tabe to hond it on until I could mark it.

...we made/used templates to cut out our sides...we used the same, to cut the AL...we used an air shear for most of the cutting, a plunge router for the door/window cutout...we screwed a couple of pieces of scraps...on each side...to use as a ledge to set the Al on...a little blue tape held it at top...be VERY CAREFUL while handling the AL...it is VERY easy to put a permanent crease init...an extra set of hands(or 2) are almost mandatory at this point
