I am so very close to being done, All that is left is to make or get some fenders and give it a bath! (and hook up the plate light)

WOW... Aaron! I'll second the Hall of Fame nomination. :applause:
That is a beautiful tear indeed... Excellent design and superb workmanship. And she's right, that inclosed tag is pure genius...
What kinds fenders you going for? I can't wait to see it finished.
I love how it's so low and sleek looking. You sure raised the bar for some of us!

...nice Aaron...that mill finish AL is VERY soft...be carefull washing...you don't wanna scratch it up before you get to use it...I have seen this product recommended on several fishing foums, to seal out all the corrosion and keep the Al new/fresh looking...don't have any personal experience but it sure sounds good.....

Thanks! My wheel chocks are special,That is how I got it to roll out side,I had to wiggle the sledge hammer back and forth so the tear would slowly roll down the steep entry. I still have no clue how I will get it down to the street. Im sure it will involve a come along, rope, terror, pain, rocks, blocks of wood, frustration, luck. It will suck!
As for Mendocino, I think I might be in a coma by then!
Thanks! Aaron

MadJack,Thanks for the link to the sealer,Have you had luck with other types? I want to keep it looking good, originaly I was going to polish it but the brushed finish looks to good to mess with,I think it will hide fingerprints better as well.
Thanks! Aaron
