Floor anchoring advice.

What is the prefered method of anchoring the floor frame to the trailer frame?
I have read about using through bolt/counter sinking the bolt head, etc.
Anyone used blind nuts (t-nuts) on top of the frame and then bolted from the bottom?
1/4-20 or 3/8-16?
Trailer frame completed, painted. Now on the the floor.

I would go with at least 3/8". Anything smaller than that doesn't have any shear strength to speak of.
As for the style, you pick!

I used elevator bolts. They are flat on top. I was going to cover them anyway but it worked great. There was a very interesting thread about how may bolts were needed. I think it ran from 4 to 20.

I used eight 3/8" carriage bolts with barbed carriage washers to mount mine, I feel pretty confident with it. But I also built my own trailer hitch and feel confident about it as well,( I just learned how to weld so I am either a good welder or just stupid ) Aaron

I used T-nuts and really like them. I did put some evil smelling black goo in the holes and added a washer then the bolt (3/8th). This can be really messy so some silicone might be better.
I drilled right through the frame and floor so no question of any mis-match.

I have about 8 1/4x20s, grade 8, and about 12 screws going through the floor into the steel.

I used 12 3/8" stainless bolts and lock nut setups and construction adhesive all around to prevent and slipping and increase shear adhesion. I then black-gooed the whole thing from the underside, to fill in all the seams.

I used T-nuts and 3/8" bolts with rubber washers between the trailer and the frame. Then I Epoxyed the top in the trailer. Should keep it dry....

I used 10 3/8 carriage bolts with Nyloc nuts. I also welded pieces of angle iron to the inside of the frame and mounted through those instead of drilling holes in the frame.
