Extra Counter Space

I decided to add a little extra counter space and a sink. I used a truck bed cargo bar for the extra leg. I can adjust the table to level with both the quick release button (bar extends), and then final adjustments with the threaded end.

I was browsing Loaders album and found a picture of just how important his kitchen is to him... He finished it before he finished the rest of his rig!!!

Very well done & a good idea.
What I like is the sink on the extra counter. :applause: :applause: :applause:
If I'm camping then something like that would be great, whereas when traveling & just making a sandwich or something no need for a whole sink.
Should serve you very well.
p.s. all your wooden Texas cutouts really add style too.
Martha ;)

Thanks Jack.

Heikki and Martha- The little Texas cutouts, my wife picked up at a local craft store. Wonder if they have any shaped like Finland?

SaGR - Yep, the galley was/is important. During the build I found myself bouncing from project to project, the galley just happened to get close to finished first. (BTW - I grew up just north of Waukegan)

Doug - yep, at least 50% more. Set it up when I need it, my camp stove fit perfectly on the counter.

It store in the galley for travel, right in front of the lower cabinets.

Thanks for all the comments.

The sink pops right out, the leg has a quick release pin, and then the table extension itself, slides out of the support. I then lay the table and leg at the bottom of the galley in front of the lower cabinets, close the galley. Most likely, the sink and the containers will go in the truck bed.
