Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

I'm thinking of something like this for the kitchen but will a hinge mounted on the side of the wall and the swing out cabinet be enough to support it? I could also put on a removable leg as well though for extra support.

They've got all sorts of great pivots and slides. Not cheap, but the stuff is really strong.
