Well actually it seems that all I have done is make a lot of saw dust. When all is said and done, it will be 5 ft wide by 8 1/2 ft long. I have been planning this trailer for a better part of two years now. It has to be sleep/tow able by Aug 4. So I know where I will be in all my free time.

I spent last weekend milling the wood. I am building a Teardrop lite. I will be using 1" x 1/2" on 1 1/2' centers. High density foam will be glued to give it strength. The skin will be 1/4" on the exterior side (varnished), and 1/8" on the interior sides and ceiling. The exterior roof will be 1/8" with aluminum covering.

I have nothing to take photo's of yet - except a workshop knee deep in saw dust.

Can't wait to see the details of what you have been planning for 2 years.

I don't know that could make an interesting picture. I've never seen anyone knee deep in saw dust before.
I hope you work quicker than us if you want your TD campable by Aug 4, it always takes us longer than what we think.
Good luck and we'll be waiting for pics. :pictures:

Your wall and skin dimensions are exactly like mine, and they're like the Cubby plans, with the exception that you're skinning with wood on the sides and not aluminum.

It's gonna be plenty strong, and I doubt you have to go so close with the sticks at 18" on center.
