I know many posts have discussed this subject, but now that I am close enough to place an order, I wanted to make sure I bought the correct grade. I have already bought a 1.25" section of memory form, so If we go with a 4"mattress, which seems to be the most popular, I only need about 2.75 section to glue to what I already have. At home we have always slept on a water bed, since the 60's, and I don't really know if that is considered soft or firm, so what would be the best choice of the mattress, it is not like if we don't like the feel we can keep trying until we find something that works for us. The price of the form restricts that. so we welcome all data and feed back.

Everyone will have a different opinion on what's comfortable.....
I would either call them [or email them] and tell them what you currently sleep on; since they know what their foam is comparable too; ie their "softness/firmness"

I use grade A medium, and find it's very comfortable.
