Some of you might remember that I built a knock-down plywood table/bench unit for tear camping. There was a photo of it in my personal gallery. It works well, but it has seven pieces of 3/4" plywood which weigh close to 50 lbs total, and it's a bit cumbersome to load up and carry in the tear or my pickup. After seeing some nice side tables in this forum, I decided to make a similar table. I used some scrap 1x2's, 2x2's, and a piece of tileboard left over from my galley wall. Here are some pics with a few notes on them. It's pretty simple, and it weighs just 9 lbs.! I used the interlocking aluminum extrusion type bracket to attach it to the wall. That works great!

Sorry, Sam, I didn't mean to still your thread. I thought I was responding to another thread about how to attach a table?

(I must be getting old).
