Priming the walls is a great idea. I don't know anything about the sealer so I can't tell you if it is good for outside. Can you give us a name---picture---url
I used Baltic Birch on the sides and inside walls. Works great, look great.

Hello Marvin,
Birch can be used on the exterior of a trailer, as can any commonly available species, heck, you could even use cardboard if you wanted...
It will have to be sealed very well...to the point NO moisture can penetrate from either side, the edges, or any fastening point.
Concrete sealer may help, but for all the effort involved, I believe I'd try to pinch pennies elsewhere.
Whatever sealer you use should be able to withstand UV and of course whatever type of weather it will be subjected to.

Could you say that again in English?
