Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

Hello all. This may be a dumb question . i just finished my outside wall. I started with MinWAX wood condieioner ,then 2 coats of Minwax stain then 3 coats of poly. Would it hurt to apply Minwax finishing paste wax or auto paste wax over the poly.

Anything that helps to keep moisture from wood can't be a bad thing. I've never researched how woodwax does in exterior applications but I've always been under the impression that it is for interior applications.
