Somewhere on this site I saw a really nice water inlet for the outside, it was steel or something similar and it was used originally for a boat or something like that. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and do you have specs and or pictures.

Thanks,

Mike

I picked up a couple different ones when I first started think about my build....a gravity fed one and the other gets hooked up to the water supply. Both are 316 Stainless, and I got them both on eBay

Thanks so much Steve, I just bought it. Can't wait to get it. Do you want to buy a tacky plastic water inlet, still in it's bag. You probably will find it on ebay soon.

Steve is that plug for a 120v connection? If so where did you get that?

Yes that is a 120v inlet. It is a Marinco shore power for a boat. I like it cause it is waterproof even when plugged in. You need to shop hard for that one. I don't remember where I got it but it was $$$.
I used almost all marine fixtures for my tear. I built it to be a beach camper and anything else would not stand up to the salt air.
I used boat lights, cabinet catches, hinges and even a sailboat prism for a skylight. It all fit in with my theme and I found the quality superior to rv fixtures.

Yes, it's a gravity feed inlet, same style as what Sonetpro used.

and even though the photo on Ebay says "gas," it actually says "water," correct?
