That looks good. :applause: :applause: How wide is your tear? Mine is 55" outside and would love to cover with vinyl but cannot find in wide enough, and in white . Where did you find yours?

looks great, where are you putting the vinyl? I was thinking of doing my interior in headliner foam and then covering it with some sort of cloth, keeps the weight down adn looks nice and feels comfy

The vinyl is on the roof and hatch, thats the hatch you see. Ive done a few headliners and the cloth is made on the foam. 3m77 ive found works best.

Good Job Ron! Love the color! Keep us up on how that vinyl holds up. Might be a good solution if the wood gets damaged.

No, Its nowhere near done yet. I still havent bought the aluminum for the sides (dread haveing to pull all the trim off and windows to put it on) ,the galley is nowhere done, and the inside isnt finished..... BUT....I promised my son we would go try it out for a couple of nights at the lake and see how it does. Just me and him and some fishing poles( a little bonding time). Yes Im one of those guys you ocaisonally read about on here with "one of those big one ton duallys and a fith wheel!!" lol. I could probably just slide it in the back of the bed  . . Image
