The blues straps are holding the hatch on at the moment till I get some help to install it the rest of the way... Tough as beans to do it by yourself.

Heiki,

Great job! I thought that they were from CampInn.

I think that CampInn will sell you the windows also, but I'm not 100% sure.

Hi there Toypusher and Thanks.. ;)

Ive inquired about it there but their windows are specially formed into the Camp Inn Tears so cant really make to sell them..unless the way has changed and they now make them seperate? No idea about that if so.

I also checked the method of how they make them.. but I came up with my own version... and its no secret... Cut out glass or plexi or ....to the
shape desired and get the rubber moulding after youve cut the hole out in the tear at the desired shape and area...and install..

Inexpensive and quite easy... I also used a flexible Sikaflex sealant on the inside of the moulding so it wont leak.. and installed the lock moulding on the back..

And there you have a fairly nice front window... I may need to form it with a heat gun yet but not really necessary..

Ive got one more to go but had to baby sit the lil man this evening so I,ll get the last one done shortly...

I made a couple of templates before having the real McCoy installed..
fit and refit ..then finally I installed and not bad ... :) :)

I like the shape as well... it sure made the tear look different versus without the windows..

And I wanted smoke colored ones too to match the vent and door windows... sort of a nice combo..

Regards Heikki ;)
