I know foam boards have been discussed here before and don't know if this company was included in the discussions. The Kerfkore Company is located in Brunswick Georgia and it would be great if someone could check this out.

Danny, it just so happens that I have seen samples of their product, and in fact, took some to the north meets south gathering last year and showed them around.
haven't had time to visit the factory, but the guy I got the samples from said they could make sheets any size up to 10 X 10 with any material you like.
they have a foam core with Formica and paper veneers, wood veneers and some with wood cores and wood veneers...real neat stuff, but a bit pricey.
oh, I go to Brunswick all the time, and if you go there, go to Willy's Weenie Wagon for lunch and have you a pork chop sandwich...UM UM...it's so good, it will make your tongue slap your brains out from licking your lips.

When headed North, we would always stop in Brunswick because it was about the time we needed gas/bathroom/food.
