Fantastic Fan

I would like to order a 4000r Fantastic. I searched and got this link http://members.aol.com/fantasticvent/index.htm to ADOHEN SUPPLY. They have more info. and options than any place I have been able to find so far. The link was posted over a year and a half ago but it's still good and the site seems to be updated regularly. My problem is that I need to ask a couple of questions before ordering but they don't answer the phone or emails. I have been trying for a week now and was wondering if anyone knows whats up? Or, does anyone have another source they have had a good experience with?

My questions are about the curved ceiling garnish they offer and if the regular or low profile will work better for my ceiling thickness. I am 90% sure of what I want but just like to place my order over the phone rather than on-line. I am hesitant to place an order on-line when I can't communicate with them.

I bought mine from there as well even though I live in Finland..Great guy to deal with and he will make sure you get the proper thickness for ceiling and so on..
