I'm considering this option.

Anyone have an opinion on attaching the wall this way?
My thinking is it will cover up any edges of the plywood and keep moisture out of the plys.
I am using exterior grade ply but I think any way of keeping moisture out of the wood is good.

Having read through this thread quickly, does anyone have a preferred method for attaching the walls? I’m planning an off road trailer, not that I plan on a lot of off reading but just want to be prepared.

Is one method the strongest?

I simply use pocket screws and epoxy with wood flour. Rock solid and simple.
