If you don't find the hinges, there's always duct tape. :D

Those look like boat deck hinges. You might want to try the boat sites. Overton's West marine, Sailor sam's..ect.
Found these they are close but not offset.

You might contact Cleveland Hardware and ask if they have a stocking dealer of their #2432-2; that is, after you check the catalog to be certain that's what you need.
Catalog >http://www.clevelandhardware.com/catalog_individual_items/90.html (scroll down to 2432-2)

Contact >http://www.clevelandhardware.com/contact.html

I believe that they are a wholesaler, selling in bulk to businesses that would supply you and I. I doubt that they'd sell you just 4 - of course, that would depend on your powers of persuasion I guess. Likely, what you'll need/want to do is find out who buys that P/N from them regularly and get the hinges there. Mind you that this is conjecture.

Good Luck!

Those are really nice hinges!!
At 7 bucks a pair you can't beat the price but I wonder about the quality???
I might have to order a couple pair just to see for myself.

Won't work Brickster...... I have a flange all the way around my door so a flat hinge won't work. Well, it will but I'd have to...............

 ................. now I've got another option to think about.

I've been getting cabinet hardware, hinges and other stuff from VanDykes for many years... I have yet to be disappointed with the quality. They generally tell you about being imported, finish, and other quality details. Good company to deal with.

Yep... some homemade aluminum shims traced off from the hinges wouldn't be all that hard to make? Their price is sure right.
