Well it finally arrived. Last Friday Grant came by and dropped off a package for me. A 1946 (?) Kit mfg teardrop. It's the basic model but when finished, will be the deluxe model. Two doors instead of one, fenders and a shelf or two (to be added). My sister is retiring in June and has already sent in her registration for the IRG 2.0 so I have to 'GET-R-DONE'.

Just click on the button. Image

Looks that way doesn't it. I'd been working on the truck all day plus getting a space ready for the teardrop. If you look close at one of the pics, you'll see my hood hanging from the rafters. Just about ready to pull the engine. It was also cold and the suit is warm. :o

Can't do that. Those straps were holding the tears from coming apart between Nevada and my place. Besides, that front one isn't mine. So that is another board members problem.

With it raining the last three days, it sure doesn't leave me much room to work on the tear. :?
