I butt join my plywood, but others have scarfed it, biscuited it, etc...
A search on "scarfing plywood" will yield you some good hits!

Buy Steve Frederick's camper CD. He is a genius when it comes to joining plywood, and descibes it on the cd!

It would be much easier to asnwer if you let us know what you are looking for as the finished product.
Finished thickness? Are you looking to have insulation
sandwiched in between?

My 3/8" plywood sides are butt joined with a 1/4" backer 6" on each side. Over kill but it works.

I've had real good luck with a 3 wing cutter in a router, cut a slot on each side and then epoxy in a snug spline. Your method depends on how thick of material you are wanting to join. This method works pretty well down to 3/8", the cutter removes 1/8". Doug
