I am trying to keep the cost down of my TT and am using some stuff I have collected over the years. I have some camper lights I wanted to use but the plastic was ugly yellow looking. Other than looks they were great. So I bought some plastic paint and sprayed them. The pic shows two that I have painted and two yet to be painted.

those lights look great. Good job.
I was looking at your album.... What is the output voltage of your computer power supply? Is that your 110 to 12v converter? Love the idea.

The computer supply is one out of an old computer. It is 120 ac in and 12 volt out. Computers use 3,5, -12 and +12. I just googled using a power supply as bench supply and found instruction on converting one. It is really easy and it puts out a clean 12 volts. Depending on the model the amps can be from just a few to 19 amps like mine. If you want more info I can try and find the webpage that shows how to wire it up.

Yea I'd love to see that. I have a few old cases in the closet. Would be great for both the tear and the work shop.

I started a new topic on the computer power supply. Here is a link to it here in this forum.

Thanks for the post. It got me thinking that I have some of those lights still in the packages in a cabinet in my motorhome. So theres some more parts I won't have to buy for number 2. Now I know why I bought that motorhome!
