Added SUV tent to Tear Drop today

Postby legend lime » Wed Apr 02, 2008 9:13 pm

I picked up this SUV tent last week from the Outdoor Store and the weather was so nice today I desided to add it the the TD. It took some more work to get it to fit like I wanted it to. But I think it came out ok; still have a little more sowing to do around the bottom.

Hey now ... that's nicely done, LL!

What do you think setup time will be once you get to the campsite?

Happy Camping, and as always ...

CHEERS!

 I like that.... Nice place to get dressed and be able to stand up straight.

Wish I could do something like that, but putting snaps on a woody would not look right. :(

You did a great job! :applause:

Howdy neighbor (maybe) I just noticed that your location is Acworth. We are looking at buying a house there.

I have the same tent but haven't used it. I originally wanted to put the "sock" around the hatch but it didn't work. Did you cut the sock down? How is attached along the bottom?
