Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

I've ordered my windows from KMT and they are the dark 90 degree radius Bus windows. Unfortunately, I don't know what the radius in the corners is and the seller didn't know either. I'd like to cut out the windows in the walls tomorrow so, does anyone know what the radius of the corner curves is? I'm guessing 3". I've bought the 12x48 and 12x24 windows.

If it were me...I think I'd wait till they get there. That's the sort of thing that can come back and bite you in the bottom. I'm sure you have other things that can be done in the meantime. I know it's hard to put things off like that at times....wanna do it so you can see how the window will look...Patience Grasshopper!! Doug PS read my signature line

Oh, all right! (scuffs tow in dirt, {heavy sigh}). I GUESS I can wait. Actually, I'll just leave a triangle of material in each corner, and cut the rest out. Honestly, though, it ain't just to see what they look like. The darn walls are 13'x5'x1". If I don't cut the windows out, I can't get the blasted things off of my bench!

There ya go....you had the answer...leave the material in the corner, cut it out later. Me, I think I'd still wait, if you don't know the exact dimensions like a cutout pattern, or where they are taking them from, inside/outside/flange width etc....well, it's up to you. I suppose you could get creative with some trim material. Just my opinion...others may vary. Doug

By the way. You're comment "I'm not dead yet. I'm feeling better" hints at health problems. Me? "Google" "suicide disease". That the tip of my iceberg. "I'm not dead yet" is one of the lines I use on AT&T and their disability management company, ha. They don't seem to understand that one might not be reliable enough to hold a job but not be dead yet, ha. I'm working to enlighten them.

My sympathies are with you, my grandfather suffered from Tic Douleroux for years. Actually, my quote came about shortly after I joined the forum. I had found the forum, and built a full-sized cardboard mock-up in my garage while my wife was away from home.

I posted my plans to surprise her here, on the board. When she got back, I told her about my new obsession and showed her the mock-up. Subsequently, I didn't post here for a while. In my absence, some here were wondering about the outcome of my announcement and wondering if Holly had done away with me. Soon they were "mourning" my demise and several made plans to "comfort the bereaved widow" and "make sure that proper care was taken of my tools". Anyway this went on for a while, until I finally logged back on and told them what happened. Thus, the quote "I'm not dead, yet."

Yup Tic D. is a problem with the 5th nerve. I have problems with the 5tth, 7th, 85h, 9th, and 11th. But I keep busy and don't wallow around in self pity.
