Window trim-out

So I bought some windows from Redneck, the 12x48s which don't come with a clamp ring (I can special order it if I want to wait forever). Has anyone trimmed out the inside of windows without a clamp ring? I'd love to see a picture. I suppose I could use 1/8" ply that could bend around the inner flange and trim up to the that edge, but that seems unnecessarily difficult. Anybody got a better way?

If MadJack were around he say forget 'um and install with screws from the outside and trim with wood on the inside.

But, I installed with the inside rings....

This is the best Pic I got in the inside trim. All my other pics have the curtains and you can not see the trim or window.

 Thank ya.

If you look close, there is a gap at the bottom where the two ends of the trim ring come together. But that is NBD to me... ;) Like I said, once the curtains are up........ no one can see in...

I put the gap at the top and then covered it with curtains! No one sees them now. Just an idea....

Greg, If you have an RV or even a salvage yard you can cut them down or cut and make one. You need the corners to be right and get the width you want. The rest is adjustable. 8) You could even get fancy and put some JB Weld on them. Appliance paint changes the color.

Madjack put screws from the outside with lots of black window sealant.

This is mine with the trim ring painted.
