Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

I am planing on making a rear hatch, big enough to get out off. I want 2 ways in and out of my standy trailer, it will only have one main door. I want it to lock and open from both sides. What type of latches would be good, and where can I get it?

Tbeau, you could use a normal garage door lock system where you have a center handle and bars to the sides.

You could also install a dead bolt type lock that goes down. Make sure the keyed side is out and the knob is inside.
