Check the stickies at the top of this category. Some of the user manuals are available online for the different systems, (epoxy users manuals). There are others available that aren't linked . Doug

Just in case you didn't hear, Looped, Steve Fredericks did a build manual that is for sale. Covers a whole range of stuff.

I'll be fiberglassing my teardrop with epoxy and fiberglass cloth from Raka.com. I'm just finishing building the (second, goofed up the dimensions on the first one,) insulated floor. Used epoxy to seal the bottom of the floor. Did so partly to get a little practice using epoxy in an area of the teardrop that will not show. It was easy to work with. The plan is to fiberglass the roof, galley hatch and sides. Then they'll be painted. I'll let you all know how it goes. Steve Fredericks' building CD has been helpful.
I remember Doug Hodder remarking/complaining how little bugs became stuck in his wet epoxy. I was epoxying the floor outside in the driveway and never saw any flies. But dozens of tiny critters became caught in the sticky epoxy. No big deal for the bottom of the floor. I just picked out all I could from the wet resin and sanded out the rest of them once it hardened. Lesson learned - I'll do the sides, hatch and roof inside the garage and hope to catch far fewer flying critters.
