I have a need for a mini tear to pull with a galley that basically consists of a couple cabinets and a gass cooktop (grill style) the interior will be used for hauling cooolers. Its a rugby trailer for tourneys.

Any help is greatly appriciated I am worried about the heat etc.

how about a small tear big enough for all your equip... and a reciever hanging off the back to hold one of these.... Would just need a shelf in the back of the tear itself to hold all your plates and whatever is not sitting on the grill.

yeesh now ya got me thinkin.... if your not planning to sleep in it.... design it around putting one of these in and the way that grill moves off to the side, you could pull the drawer out and have all your coolers out in the open and easily accessible without a lot of loading and unloading.

 That will need some legs or something to keep it from tipping. Lots of TD's have propane stoves and they are cooked in. some are on drawer slides and come out others are just there. Look in the galley gallery for inspiration.

Thinking about a small grill in the galley, eh? assuming it's propane...

I think you'll need...

-a grease pan underneath
-possibly a heat reflector at the back or side, depending on how you position your grill
-possibly a heat deflector on the inside of the hatch lid

That's the worst case sceneario.

If you put it on a slideout, you may not need anything at all...

Keep up informed as to your progress, and your thoughts...

Mike...

All good ideas. I will search the galley section as well. The reciever wont work as different people would be hauling the trailer around and I will probably donate it when the son graduates to the rugby club.
