What is the proper way to seal the doors? I bought the t-molding from Grant for the doors, where is the best place to put the weather stripping. The gap in my doors ranges anywhere from 1/4'' to 1/8'' nothing on this trailer is the same.

Grants drip rail??

What is the best way to bend the radius around the door?

Thanks,

Mike

The weather stripping should go right there where the thumb is in this picture.

And the drip rail, I just bent it gently by hand.

Your door looks about the same as mine what thickness of weather stripping did you use and what kind.

I don't remember the details, but here is a better picture. I got the weatherstripping from Home Depot.

Also, normally the weatherstripping would only go on the door, not on the body like I have shown in this picture.

I trimmed it with angle on each edge, with a piece of alum. underneath. The angle had one leg ripped down to about 1/8". I don't know if I took a close up picture of it, and I can't check today, since I left my data drive at work.

edit: I restored this picture from backup. It shows the trimwork a little better. And oh yea, it's all caulked up too!
