I am sure it has been addressed before, but I am going to ask anyway. Has anyone ever used floor tile or linoleum for a siding and used epoxy as the adhesive?? I know it would be a little heavier, but the upkeep might make it worth it as it would not be that much heavier.

The sun will be your problem. But if you think it might work, go for it.

A LOT Heavier! At almost 20 lbs a box @ 30 sheets per box. A typical 4x8 sheet of plywood would take two boxes - and that is only one side. I wouldn't use epoxy as an adhesive - way too expensive! sheet flooring adhesive works just fine and is water resistant. I’ve seen good quality sheet vinyl used in solariums and they did quite well, however they are usually climate controlled. It really all depends if you are willing to reside if your idea fails.
