Looking for teardrop trailer plans

Would like to find plans for a teardrop using a std. utility trailer
frame such as the ones sold by Harbor Freight.

Prefer a 5' wide unit with rear hatch type kitchen.

Any suggestions as to who / where I might contact for plans like this?
