under 3/4 " plywood floor for my removable pod im building. I also used primer sealer on all sub floor parts. & caulked all seems....Then it all was painted w/oil based 20 yr. barn paint...2 coats...Even though it won't be exposed to direct weather,it seems wet weather tight...I will inspect it often & touch up as needed..Takeing it on & off might mar,scratch,etc,..so touch up will most likely be necessary...If weight is not a problem, the few xtra pounds won't matter. I was taught, build a solid floor & a tight leak proof roof if you want it to last. Now if the wind & rain would go away...maybe i could get a little more done..good luck...
