Thanks guys...I think it will turn out pretty good!!! I put the fill coat on this morning an all the "blotchy look" dissappeared. She's all smooth now...hoping to be ready to apply the battens and round the corners like the hatch over X-mas!!!

It REALLY, REALLY looks great Dave! You gotta be happy with that! :applause:  So how are you going to answer the question?, and it will be asked by someone...."just how many hours do you think it took to build this trailer?" Doug

Dave,

Your tear is so beautiful and definitely a piece of art, are you sure you're going to actually use it?

You have been very inspiring to all of us. Thanks for never giving up

Always loved your build, that is true craftsmanship! I like the two wood runners across the middle on the hatch, are they going to continue over the roof to the front?

Thanks Thomas...I steam bent the two inside battens yesterday and am letting them dry. Tomorrow, I'll mount the hatch so I can "eyeball" it so the inside battens line up. Like the hatch, I'll bend two more stips for the outside and roundover the edges to 1 1/2 inch. Unless I screw up with the router...ought to be skookem!!!
