Am in the final stages of planning. Going to go all out and build a five by ten with a/c etc. My question is I want to use 225-75 x 15
tires mounted on Jeep Cherokee wheels. This way I will not need to carry an extra spare tire. I need a source of supply on an axle, torsion or spring, that will allow me to use my desired tire wheel combo. Ideas anyone? Thank you in advance

What is the bolt pattern for the Jeep wheels? The trailers axle hubs are typically 5X4.5. If your wheels aren't this size, I'd forget about it. Otherwise you can check a local trailer place or, e trailer Northern Tool.

arcadiainc,

First, welcome to the forum.

I just completed a 5'wide tear using a torque type axel from Southwest Wheel in Lubbock, Tx. I'm also using 15 X 7" jeep wheels with 205-75 X15 tires. Not quite as big on the tires, but close. I have about an inch clearance between the tires and the sides of the tear.

There are pictures in my gallery if you want to take a look.
