I was wondering if the prepolished mirror finish or prepainted aluminum is popular there in the USA and how costly is it ?

And is it easy to find there?

Heikki, the pre-painted stuff is readily available at sign shops and race car suppliers(specifically, stock cars, since they build their own bodies)...the costs I have seen, run about 50% higher(give or take) over mill finish...I have never come across or priced the other, although I have seen it used as in sonnetpro's Fish-Inn which is actually an anodized finish and is not a true mirror finish.........

I will be using the polished anodized aluminum on the sides of my teardrop. It is expensive though - about the best I could find it for is $145 for a .040 x 4' x 10' sheet. I bought it from a sign material supplier. I don't have my invoice but I believe they call it "mirror bright" or "bright clear. It does have a mirror finish. In the picture below it still has the protective film on it.
