Shop project Tear

Ok finally got the pics of our shop class trailer project posted!! Some of these are not real good since we are about 1/2 done before we started taking pics. Here is a quick rundown, the frame is made mainly from a discarded weight machine made up of 2x3 box tubing, the tongue is doubled 1 1/4 x 1/4 angle salvage from a const. site, axle is 2" sq x1/4" wall tube with chevy PU spindles, spring are harbor freight (had to spend $10.00 there) floor is some left over tongue and groove sheeting, walls/roof are 1/4 plywood insulated with 3/4 pink foam board and luan on the inside, headliner is 1/8 masonite, door windows are from our scrapped out school bus. We still have the galley and interior cabinet units to build plus paint it the final color right now we have three coats of a very light tan exterior latex on it plus a primer coat underneath final color will probably be a hunter green with tan trim and also make up the fenders may make them from some stainless sheet we have. Hope this helps everyone who was wondering what we were up to and if anyone has any advice or ideas we'd love to hear it because we are sort of building this as we go. So farthe 1/4 plywood, luan, and masonite has been our big expense. Next problem is build removable screens for the outside of the windows so if they get splattered up in the rain we can pop off the screens to clean them.
